  • Overview


    With limited supervision, Project Coordinator is responsible to serve as a liaison between Complete Energy business units and IT to assist in the planning, implementation, execution, and testing of all In-Cab Technology projects and releases. This position will be primarily responsible for supporting and maintaining all In-Cab Technology platforms.



    • Help support the scope each project in collaboration with senior management
    • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
    • Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project at the appropriate yard
    • Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
    • Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
    • Develop forms and records in order to document project activities
    • Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
    • Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
    • Establish a communication schedule to update appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
    • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
    • Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, and at the required level of quality
    • Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phaseEducation and Experience


      High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 2-3 years working or supporting IT Field technology solutions
    • Related experience in a field operations capacity with interactions across financial and IT functions


    Minimum Required Qualifications

    • Experience with similar or same In-Cab Technology platforms(Android tablets, inthinc safety systems, electronic field ticketing systems)
    • Experience with field operations and providing on-site support at remote locations
    • Requires 80-90% travel with potential of overnight stays

    This position regularly requires the ability to use manual dexterity, sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms and move about the work area. While this position is primarily in an office based environment, the incumbent will be exposed to varying temperature and moisture elements on occasion. Good visual and mental acuity is required as well as the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.


    Additional Requirements

    Incumbent must have a clean driving record and must maintain insurability under the CES insurance criteria.
